Karim Bahri is an experienced acoustics professional with a strong background in sound operation, teaching, and consultancy. Beginning as a Freelance Sound Operator from 2009 to 2011, Karim conducted live music performances, studio recordings, and sound editing for various media. Following this role, Karim served as a French and Arabic tutor at Columbia College Chicago and later worked as a Course Assistant at Chalmers University of Technology, focusing on human response to sound and vibration. Karim contributed to the field as an Acoustical Consultant at ORFEA Acoustique from 2014 to 2017, conducting measurements and developing noise impact studies. Currently, Karim holds the position of Project Manager in Acoustics and Vibration at Stantec since January 2022. Academically, Karim attained a Bachelor of Science in Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago, a Master of Science in Sound and Vibration from Chalmers University of Technology, and a Licence appliquée in Cinema and Audiovisual from ISAMM.
