Kayla Stevens

Kayla Stevens, CPHR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Buildings at Stantec, a global leader in sustainable architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting, where employment spans approximately 32,000 staff across over 450 locations since October 2015. Prior to this role, Kayla held various positions at ENTREC Corporation, including Talent Acquisition Consultant and Recruitment Specialist/HR Generalist, contributing to the heavy lift and heavy haul services sector. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta, a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Calgary, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
