Matt Knowles is a seasoned infrastructure systems engineer with extensive experience in IT support and engineering. Currently employed at Stantec since October 2016 as a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer, Matt previously worked at TalkTalk from July 2013 to September 2016, where responsibilities included supporting 800 users across multiple sites as an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer and IS & ICT Support Engineer. Prior roles include providing 24/7 support for AppSense products at AppSense, serving as a Systems Engineer at Remote IT Solutions, and gaining initial experience as a Computer Maintenance Engineer at Serco. Matt holds a Microsoft Advanced Apprenticeship in IT from QA LTD and a BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners from Wigan & Leigh College.
