Necmi Hoca is a bridge engineer with extensive experience in structural design and maintenance. They worked at Ramboll from 2018 to 2022 on HS2 Phase 2B and previously contributed to the design and maintenance of bridges as part of the KierWSP joint venture for Northamptonshire Highways from 2017 to 2018. Necmi earned a Master’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2014 and currently serves as a Senior Bridge Engineer at Stantec, following a role as a Senior Design Engineer at FJD Consulting.
