Paul Shelley

Paul Shelley is the Infrastructure & Environment Lead and Divisional Director at Stantec, overseeing integrated ground engineering solutions and environmental consultancy. With nearly 25 years of experience, Paul has held various leadership positions, including Divisional Director at Hydrock and Associate Director at Waterman Energy Environment & Design. They possess extensive expertise in geo-environmental and geotechnical assessments, successfully delivering complex projects such as the UK's first three-storey distribution warehouse in Docklands and the redevelopment of Clandon House. Paul holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Waste Management from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds.
