Phillip Kwan

Phillip Kwan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Principal at Stantec since January 2025, Phillip has previously held various leadership roles at Morrison Hershfield, including Principal, Director of Operations for the Building Structures Practice in Eastern Canada, and Senior Structural Engineer. With a strong focus on medium-to-large scale building projects across multiple sectors, Phillip has also contributed to academia as an Academic Expert and Marker at Athabasca University and served as a Course Tutor and Instructor at the RAIC Centre for Architecture. Phillip's early career included project coordination internships at Urbacon, enhancing skills in project management and engineering design. Phillip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
