Rory Buchanan

Rory Buchanan is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as the Production Planning Manager at Watercare Services Limited since November 2014, overseeing the planning of headworks and water and waste treatment for New Zealand's largest water utility. Prior to this role, Rory held various positions at Jacobs and Sinclair Knight Merz, including Principal Discipline Engineer and Senior Process Engineer, focusing on geothermal, environmental, and general industrial process engineering and design management. Rory began a career as a Process Engineer at Wessex Water from June 2002 to June 2006. Educationally, Rory holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
