Sandra Rolfe-Dickinson is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. With a specialization in Pipeline Engineering for the water and wastewater sector since 1996, Sandra has built an extensive career, holding roles such as Senior Technical Director at Stantec and Technical Director at MWH. They have actively contributed to the engineering community by serving on various British and European pipeline standards committees, guest lecturing at multiple universities, and mentoring junior engineers. Known for their expertise in structural design and pipeline asset management, Sandra has also presented papers at international conferences and played a leadership role as Chair of the South East branch of the Pipeline Industries Guild from 2012 to 2013.
