Tom Bowers

Tom Bowers, P.E. is a recognized engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management and inspection across various sectors. Currently, Tom serves as a Resident Engineer at Stantec since November 2022, following a role in the same capacity at Prescience Corporation, where work focused on the BART A line from May 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, Tom was a Construction Manager at STV from February 2014 to May 2020, specializing in the Pacific Northwest, and held multiple positions at AECOM, including Construction Engineer 3 and Field Inspector 4, providing construction management services for significant freight and commuter rail projects. Tom's early career included roles as a Construction Inspector for the Washington State Department of Transportation and as a Drafter and Surveyor for Yakima County Public Works. Tom began military service as an Armor crewman and Construction Surveyor in the US Army from August 1984 to August 1992. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Information Management from the Community College of the Air Force, acquired between 2004 and 2010.
