Tom Shilton

Tom Shilton is a Director at Stantec, leading the Renewable Energy team with over 15 years of experience in consultancy, design, and project management across energy, renewables, and sustainability. Previously, Tom held roles as Associate Director and Design Engineer at Hydrock, where they focused on sustainable masterplanning and energy optimization. Tom initiated their career as a Graduate Engineer at Ramboll and earned a First Class BA (Hons) from The University of Nottingham and a Distinction MSc from Brunel University London. They are dedicated to advancing renewable energy solutions, including microgrids and e-mobility initiatives.
