Zach Taylor

Zach Taylor is a seasoned professional in ecological restoration and project management, currently serving as a Commissioner for Berwyn Park District and a Senior Restoration Ecologist at Stantec since 2021. With a focus on the Chicago region, including northwestern Indiana and western Michigan, Zach provides support to NGOs, local governments, and community members through grant services and ecosystem restoration projects. Prior experience includes serving as Conservation Director for Friends of the Forest Preserves, Project Manager at WRD Environmental, Inc., and various roles in ecological restoration with organizations including V3 Companies, Audubon Chicago, and the Nevada Conservation Corps. Zach holds a B.A. in History and English from Winona State University and is an ELP Senior Fellow from the Environmental Leadership Program.
