Mala Chawla

Mala Chawla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the APAC Leader for ESG at Stanton Chase, Mala also holds the position of Managing Partner & Board Director, along with being the Global Leader for Diversity & Inclusion. Prior experience includes significant roles at ABC Consultants as Principal Consultant in the Chairman's High Circle and Lead Consultant, alongside positions as Client Manager for EPI. Earlier career experiences involve serving as Practice Lead for EMPI at Adecco India Limited, a Team Member in Institutional Sales at Saint-Gobain Glass, and a Sales Team Member at ESAB India Ltd. Mala holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
