Shayne Lightner

Shayne Lightner is an accomplished Director and Producer at Present Entertainment, LLC since 2006, known for writing, directing, and producing the feature film "Get Bossy," distributed by Cinedigm and released on Amazon. Lightner is also developing projects inspired by Eugene Bullard, the first black combat pilot. Currently serving as a Director at Stanton Chase, a leading executive search firm, Lightner focuses on the entertainment sector in Los Angeles. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Executive Search Consultant, Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, and Managing Director at Korn/Ferry International, where significant media divisions were developed. Education was completed at Swarthmore College with a BA degree.
