Terry Gallagher

Terry Gallagher has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search within the Pharmaceuticals and Biotech industries. Since 2008, Terry has served as the Director of the executive search practice at StantonChase International, focusing on recruiting top talent in Research and Development, Marketing, and Commercial Operations. Previously, from 2001 to 2007, Terry was the Executive Director and Global Head of Staffing at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where responsibility included managing the Talent Acquisition function across multiple international sites and hiring over 5,000 associates. Terry also held the position of Head of Staffing at PECO Energy from 1997 to 2001, overseeing the staffing function and leading merger integrations for a 1,300 associate IT organization. Terry holds a BBA in Labor Relations from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
