Sarah Wynn has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, holding key leadership roles in companies such as Stanton House, The Adecco Group, Morgan Hunt, Badenoch & Clark, and Talentarc. Sarah has managed teams, implemented strategic directions, and delivered exceptional customer experiences. Sarah's roles have ranged from Recruitment Consultant to Operations Director, demonstrating their growth and success in the field.

Sarah Wynn completed their 3 A levels at Oxford Schools from 1978 to 1990. Sarah then pursued a BSc and MSc in Animal Sciences from Bangor University from 1990 to 1995. In 2010, they attended IMD for the Leadership in Business program.
