Karin Loots

Karin Loots has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karin started their career at Symbian as a project administrator, where they established and managed the Project Support Office and handled various projects.

Karin then joined Bank of America as an International Change Project Manager, leading the coordination and migration of the Merrill Lynch Global FX business onto the strategic GCIB platform. Karin later became the Transition Program Lead within the Technology Integration Change Group.

At Credit Suisse, Karin worked as a Senior Business Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of a global Automated Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals Trading System. Karin played a crucial role in supporting the bank's strategy to become a top contender in the FX market.

Afterward, they joined Santam Insurance as a Senior Project Manager, successfully implementing Microsoft CRM for strategic partnerships. Karin led multiple integration IT teams and spearheaded IT improvements.

At Dimension Data, they acted as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the implementation and management of the Agency Integration Proof of Concept Solutions project for government agencies.

Karin also worked at QIC as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed the Standard Operating Environment upgrade and created a business case for the Real Estate Division's IT landscape upgrade.

Before their current role, Karin was at FIIG Securities as a Senior Project Manager, leading multiple projects for the overhaul of the Front, Middle, and Back office IT landscape.

Currently, they are employed at Stanwell Corporation Limited, working as a Corporate Portfolio Delivery Manager and Acting ICT Portfolio Director.
