Paul Stanway

Paul Stanway has a diverse work experience in project management roles. Paul started their career at Tabcorp as a Project Manager, leading teams and delivering multiple projects. Paul then worked as a Program Manager at Virgin Blue Australia, where they introduced enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence capabilities. After that, they joined the Department of Education and Training (Queensland) as a Project Manager, managing software development and infrastructure upgrades.

Paul then worked at Suncorp as a Senior Project Manager, successfully delivering a complex enterprise systems and infrastructure migration project. Paul later joined the Department of Education & Training, QLD as a Senior Project Manager, managing application and software development projects.

In 2010, Paul joined SPARQ Solutions, where they managed the delivery of multiple projects for Queensland's electricity suppliers Energex and Ergon Energy, including a cloud-based CRM and billing system solution.

Paul then moved to QSuper Group as a Senior Project Manager, managing various projects, including Superannuation systems enhancements and a Cyber Security Program.

Paul's next role was at UnitingCare Queensland, where they managed projects involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhancements, data migrations, and the establishment of Salesforce CRM in the cloud.

Most recently, Paul worked at Virgin Australia as a Senior Project Manager and Delivery Manager, leading a team of experts in delivering robotic and intelligent process automation initiatives.

Paul Stanway completed a Project Management course in 2015 at the Australian Institute of Management. In 2007, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. Additionally, in 2002, Paul completed a Prince 2 Practitioner course, also specializing in Project Management.
