Rhodri Edwards has extensive work experience in the power generation industry, specializing in turbine engineering. Rhodri has worked as a Principal Turbine Engineer at Stanwell Corporation Limited since July 2019, where they are responsible for overseeing turbines at multiple power stations. Prior to that, they worked at Jacobs as a Principal Mechanical Engineer-Generation from July 2012 to July 2019, where they managed projects for large thermal power plants. Before that, they held the role of Principal Engineer at Mott MacDonald from November 2004 to July 2012, where they focused on project management and thermal design optimization for power plants. Rhodri also worked as a Turbine Design Engineer at Alstom Power Service Engineering from September 2001 to November 2004, specializing in turbine repair and upgrade projects. Rhodri's earlier work experience includes roles at McLellan and Partners Ltd as a Project Engineer from September 1999 to September 2001, Siemens Power Generation Ltd as a Turbine Design Engineer from April 1998 to September 1999, and Marconi Undersea Weapons as a System Engineer from January 1998 to April 1998.

Rhodri Edwards attended The University of Salford from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (BEng Hons) degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
