Ken Chan

Ken Chan, CPA, CA has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Ken is currently the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Staples Canada, where they collaborate with the senior leadership team to improve the financial performance of the business. Prior to their current role, Ken worked at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as a Senior Manager, Business Operations, where they provided decision-making support to internal and executive-level clients. Before that, they spent several years at EY, where they held various positions including Assistant Director of Finance, Manager, Senior Staff Accountant, and Staff Accountant. At EY, Ken was responsible for financial reporting, internal control assessments, and special projects such as initial public offerings and business acquisitions. Ken also has experience in revenue control and cash management from their time at Paramount Canada's Wonderland. Ken's expertise includes financial planning and analysis, business operations, financial reporting, and internal control assessments.
