Randi Craig

Randi Craig is a seasoned retail management professional with extensive experience in enhancing customer experience and team development across various brands. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Retail Experience at Staples Canada since January 2022, Randi has previously held significant roles including Communications, Learning and Development Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, General Manager at J.Crew, and multiple managerial positions at Club Monaco and Banana Republic. Randi began a career in management with a foundation in education from Oxford Learning Center as Education Director. Randi holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a General Arts Degree in Psychology from Sheridan College, alongside studies at Queen's University.
