Rudy Irish

Rudy Irish has a strong background in retail and senior leadership positions. Rudy started their career at Future Shop (now operated by Best Buy) in 1994 as a General Manager and held the position for eight years. Rudy then joined Best Buy and took on various roles such as General Manager, District Sales Development Manager, District Manager, and National Geek Squad Services Manager (Director). In these roles, they were responsible for relaunching Geek Squad in Canada, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving employee engagement and customer satisfaction. In 2014, Rudy joined IKEA Group as the Country Customer Relations Manager and later worked as the Pick up and Order Point Community Manager, where they led the development of new concept locations and improved customer satisfaction and profitability. Currently, Rudy is a Senior Director at Staples Canada, overseeing services, technology, and emerging business, and previously served as the Director of Sales and Customer Experience, where they designed and implemented retail selling and service programs, supported business development strategies, managed store communication, and developed tools for measuring the customer experience. Overall, Rudy's work experience demonstrates their expertise in driving growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading successful retail operations.

Rudy Irish obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technical Illustration and Design from Sheridan College during the period of 1989 to 1992.
