Selma Benkirane

Selma Benkirane, CRHA, has held various roles throughout their career. Selma began their professional journey at Dell Technologies as a Sales Team Leader from 2004 to 2006. Selma then moved on to work at ATELKA, where they served as a Manager Talent Acquisition from 2007 to 2009, and later as a Human Resources Advisor from 2009 to 2011. Selma joined Holt Renfrew in 2012 as a Human Resources Manager, where they implemented strategies to attract and retain talent and advised business leaders on various HR programs. In 2016, Selma joined adidas Group as a Senior Human Resources Manager, contributing to the development of a harmonious culture and positioning the company as an employer of choice. Selma recently joined Staples Canada, first as an HR Business Partner for Quebec & Atlantic from 2018 to 2019, and currently holds the position of Regional HR Director.

Selma Benkirane (She/Her) obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration from HEC Montréal in the years 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their BAC in Economics at lycée lyautey from 1997 to 1998. Selma also pursued education at the Université de Montréal, although specific details such as dates and degree are not provided. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CRHA (Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés) from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés in 2013. Additionally, they also have certifications in Yellow Belt and Pro Coach obtained in 2006.
