Dana Douglass

Dana Douglass has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as an IT Consultant at Staples since February 1996, where responsibilities include translating business requirements into detailed project briefs and ensuring timely project completion through coordination with various teams. Previously, Dana held the role of Principal Software Engineer specializing in Enterprise Integration from 2007 to 2013, focusing on project lifecycle management and the development of ESB applications. Prior to Staples, Dana worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Houston Casualty Company from 1990 to 1996, where contributions included application development and database design. Early career roles included Programmer Analyst at AO Reed & Company and Programmer at Carlson Corporation. Dana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
