Rachael Brown, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Omnichannel at Staples since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of Head of Americas Trade Marketing at Bose Corporation from March 2016 to June 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing reseller marketing across major retailers and managing a multi-million dollar budget with six direct reports. Rachael began a tenure at Staples in March 2006, progressing through multiple roles including Director of New Business Development and Sr. Program Manager in Technology Merchandising, contributing significantly to marketing strategies and campaigns that drove retail and online sales. Rachael holds an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Simmons University and a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
