Zaid Derbi

Zaid Derbi is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Staq since December 2021. With a strong background in marketing and business development, Zaid previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at MATIC from July 2018 to November 2021. Zaid's expertise also includes working as Regional Business Manager for MENA at HotelsCombined.com between August 2014 and July 2018, and as Acting General Manager for DERBI Tours & Travel from December 2008 to August 2014. Additionally, Zaid co-founded Fanbase from June 2011 to July 2013. Zaid holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Concordia University.
