Patrick Griffith

Patrick Griffith has over 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Patrick began their career in 2006 as a QC Associate II at B. Braun Medical. In 2009, they joined Pure Essence Labs as a Laboratory Manager and Analytical Chemist. In 2014, they became a Validation Consultant and Laboratory Validation Specialist at BASF. In 2017, they joined Leiters as a Process Development Manager and Project Support Specialist. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology at STAQ PHARMA, where they lead evaluation and optimization of products and processes to ensure company goals are achieved. Patrick has overseen major changes to the HVAC system, generated multiple change controls, worked with external SMEs, and led large-scale technical investigations. Patrick has also researched and procured raw materials and consumables, designed and developed batch records, and created multiple SOPs.

Patrick Griffith attended Pepperdine University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
