Justin Dworak

Justin Dworak has extensive work experience in the creative and design industry. Justin currently holds the position of President at Star since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Creative, Account Director, and Executive Team member at Star from January 2019. Justin also worked as the Director of Creative in the Leadership Team from 2010 until January 2019. Between 2005 and 2010, Justin was the Creative Director at Star. Justin started their career at Star as a Senior Designer from 2001 to 2005 and initially joined the company as an Exhibit Designer in 1997, where they spent four years before transitioning to a Senior Designer. Before joining Star, Justin gained early experience as a Design Intern at Star for two months in the summer of 1997. Prior to their time at Star, they had a summer internship at 3M in 1996.

Justin Dworak attended Bemidji State University from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Design Technology.
