With a history of establishing sales markets from the ground up, Shashikanth has successfully integrated API with OTAs to build trust and reliability in regional operations. Prior to STAR AIR, Shashikanth held positions including Sales Manager for Turbo Megha Airways Private Limited (Trujet Airlines), focusing on national coverage and corporate client engagement, and Sales Manager for Air Pegasus, developing promotional strategies in Karnataka. Shashikanth's career includes roles at Malindo Air, SpiceJet Limited, Jetlite Airlines India Limited, and Air Sahara, where significant revenue targets were achieved. Shashikanth began the professional journey as Chief Marketing Manager at Megha World Travels and as a Traffic Assistant at Modiluft Airlines. Educational background includes a degree in Draftsmen Civil from Andhra University.
