Yogesh Ukirde

Yogesh Ukirde is an experienced professional in the field of Quality Assurance and Food Safety, currently serving as Head of Trading Law & Technical (Quality Assurance) at Trent Hypermarket Pvt Ltd-Star Bazaar since May 2016, overseeing quality operations and fresh produce within various brand manufacturing units. Previously, Yogesh held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt Ltd, managing food safety and quality across all distribution centers in India from February 2014 to May 2016. A career that began at ICAR- Indian Council of Agricultural Research as a Senior Researcher has progressed through various roles, including Assistant Manager and Executive at Metro Cash & Carry India Private Limited, and earlier positions at Reliance Retail, Amkette Analytics Limited, and Sanchita Marine Products Pvt Ltd. Yogesh Ukirde earned a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mumbai.
