Arif Mohammad

Arif Mohammad currently serves as Assistant Fleet Manager at Star Bulk, leading a team responsible for effective vessel operations, compliance, and budget monitoring since July 2024. Previously, Arif held the same title at Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc., focusing on process development for vessel efficiency, and worked as Technical Superintendent at Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte. Ltd., managing container vessels and overseeing new builds. Earlier roles included Fleet Superintendent at Maersk Line Fleet Management & Technology, Port Engineer at E-Marine Dubai PJSC, and various engineering positions at Maersk. Arif holds an Executive MBA from the University of Newcastle and a DMS in Marine Engineering from Singapore Maritime Academy, along with a Class 1 MEO Certificate of Competency.
