Ananda Dutta

Ananda Dutta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in corporate human resources and organizational development. Since January 2020, Ananda has been serving as Corporate HR at Star Cement Ltd., focusing on performance management systems, training and development, talent management, and employee engagement. Previously, Ananda held the role of Corporate HR at Shrachi Group, where responsibilities included strategic hiring and implementation of HR initiatives across major EPC projects. Ananda also acquired valuable experience at Balasore Alloys Limited, supporting corporate HR efforts and as a Consultant HR & OD at Gray Matters Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and People Power India, working with notable clients in various industries. Ananda holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Eastern Institute Of Management, a BBA (Hons) from The University of Burdwan, and has completed ICSE from St. Vincent's High and Technical School.
