Christie Elliott

Christie Elliott is an experienced Orientation and Mobility Specialist and Job Skills Instructor at Star Center, Inc., where training is provided to adults with disabilities for competitive employment since November 2009. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Assistant for Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, supporting disaster relief efforts from January 2007 to November 2009, and holding the position of Accounting Specialist at Star Center, Inc. from October 2005 to December 2006. Christie also demonstrated leadership as the General Manager of Amerihost Inn from October 2003 to July 2005, managing daily operations of the hotel. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation of the Blind, Orientation and Mobility from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Music in Marketing from Union University (1999-2003).
