Dave Bratcher

Dave Bratcher has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as a Commercial Producer at The Allison Insurance Group. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Sales at Barnhart Crane & Rigging. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the Vice President of Foundation Financial Services at West Tennessee Healthcare. In 2012, they founded DaveBratcher.com - Leadership: ENGAGED. Simultaneously, since 2013, they have also been a Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer at the John Maxwell Team. In 2015, they became the President of Star Center, Inc. Currently, Bratcher holds the position of Senior Vice President at YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, which they started in 2022.

Dave Bratcher received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Martin. Dave completed this degree between 1998 and 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Executive studies at Bethel University from 2012 to 2013.
