Jason A. Petro has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Star Cinema Grill since 2008, while also holding the title of Director of Talent Development. Prior to this, Jason served as Managing Partner at Texas Roadhouse from 2003 to 2008 and gained experience as Assistant General Manager at Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern from 2000 to 2003.
