Sofia Noshay

Sofia Noshay, JD, is an accomplished real estate professional and community developer with extensive experience in fostering wealth-building within historically underrepresented groups. As Owner and Founder of Star City Homes since August 2018, Sofia has focused on acquiring and renovating distressed properties for rental and sale. Previously, as Housing Specialist for Tulsa Remote, Sofia developed an equity-based housing strategy that supported the retention of over 2,000 members. Co-founding Suite Dreams, Sofia created a unique short-term rental space that showcases Black excellence in historic North Tulsa, while Jujuu, another venture, promotes intentional living through socially conscious gift box services. Sofia also served as Historic Neighborhoods Liaison and Legal Counsel for Capital Homes Residential Group, managing legal and community development tasks. Sofia's early career included a role as a Litigation Associate at Fellers, Snider, Blankenship, Bailey, and Tippens, P.C. Sofia holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a BBA in Marketing and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
