Jean Aguilera

Jean Aguilera is a seasoned professional in dental operations with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at Star Dental Partners since October 2024, Jean has previously held the position of Director of Market Operations at DentalOne Partners from January 2020 to October 2024. Prior roles include Area Operations Manager at Great Expressions Dental Centers (October 2015 - July 2019) and General Manager at Metroplex Dental Care, PLLC (February 2014 - October 2015). Jean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, earned between 2003 and 2007.
