Stuart Mills

Stuart Mills is the CEO, COO, and Lead Software Engineer at STAR-Dundee since April 2004. Previously, Stuart worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Dundee from March 2003 to August 2012. Stuart earned their PhD in Satellites and Space Systems from the University of Dundee in 2005.
