Manu Jain has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on operations, CRM, invoicing, and collections. Manu is currently serving as the Head of Operations, CRM, Invoicing, and Collections at Star Estate. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior General Manager - CRM at 360 Realtors LLP from 2021 to 2022. Manu also held positions such as Head of Operations at Axiom Landbase Pvt. Ltd. from 2019 to 2021 and Deputy General Manager at 360 Realtors LLP from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a CRM Manager at Property30.Com from 2016 to 2017, Operations Manager at Hometrust Pvt Ltd from 2015 to 2016, and Manager CRM & Operations at Baba Infrabuild from 2008 to 2015.

Manu Jain completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations Management and Supervision at the Welingkar Institute of Management from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they received their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from Anand Engineering College(SGI) between 2007 and 2010. Manu'sundergraduate studies were at St. John College, Agra, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Statistics from 2004 to 2007.
