Prior to this, David served as a Police Detective at the Chicago Police Department for over two decades, specializing in financial crime investigations. David also worked as an Investigator for the City of Chicago and as a Task Force Officer for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Moody Bible Institute.
