Dhananja Silva

Dhananja Silva is a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Indra Management and Consultancy Solutions (Pvt) Ltd since July 2023 and concurrently serves as a Human Resources Executive at Star Garments Group, where responsibilities include training, development, recruitment, and counseling. Additionally, Dhananja has been with NEXT Manufacturing since June 2019 in a Human Resources Executive role and previously worked as a Human Resources Assistant at MAS Holdings from January to December 2017. Dhananja holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Ruhuna, completed in November 2022.
