Dan Pace

Dan Pace is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at Star Gas Partners, L.P. since April 2016, Dan manages teams focused on acquiring new residential and commercial customers for heating oil, propane services, and HVAC equipment sales. Previously, as President of PDEC Corporation from January 2014 to April 2016, Dan operated a small business and owned Retro Fitness of Princeton. Dan also held significant positions at Oldcastle Lawn & Garden as Director of Sales, overseeing a $50 million sales division, and at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as Regional Vice President, where management responsibilities included a large sales organization generating over $200 million in revenue. Early career experiences include Area Sales Manager roles at NK Lawn & Garden and Johnsonville Sausage, focusing on key account management and team leadership. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from Rider University.
