Lauren Colombi

Lauren Colombi, MSIOP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at Star Group, LP since August 2015. In this role, Lauren oversees HR technology, ensures compliance, and drives change while leading a team providing HRIS technical support. Previous roles at Star Group included Employee Relations Specialist and Talent Acquisition and HR Associate, where Lauren managed the entire recruiting process for both exempt and non-exempt candidates. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Buoy One from June 2007 to August 2015, progressing from a Hostess to a Server.
