Vladlena Mumerko

Vladlena Mumerko currently holds the position of Customer Success Program Lead at Star, where previous roles included Customer Success Practice Development Specialist, Finance Operations Specialist, and Billing & Collections Associate since joining in September 2014. In addition, Vladlena is an active member of RevGenius, a community focusing on revenue-generating professionals, and Wtech, a pioneering community for women leaders in IT and tech in Ukraine. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade and a KPMG K-Foundation certification from KPMG Learning Academy Malta.
