Barbara Ebright

Barbara Ebright, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and operations, beginning with JPMorgan Chase & Co. as AVP of Customer Experience, followed by a role as VP of Tax Administration where leadership of a 180-person team and an $8.5 million budget was involved. Barbara founded bE Consulting, providing strategic support to small businesses focused on human resource and operational success. At Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, Barbara served as Director of Human Capital, implementing significant HR strategies and culture development. Most recently, Barbara was the Director of Human Resources at Star House, a social service agency, and also took on the role of Vice President of Operations & Programs. Barbara holds a BS in Marketing & Business Management from Franklin University.
