Rosena Ng

Rosena Ng is a seasoned professional in the food technology industry, currently serving as a Sr. Food Technologist at Star Kay White, Inc. since March 2007. In this role, Rosena has successfully developed and optimized over 50 food product recipes, conducted sensory tests to ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborated with cross-functional teams for product launches. Rosena's previous experience includes roles at Cadbury Adams, where responsibilities ranged from managing confectionery labs to assisting with production processes. Rosena holds a B.S. in Chemistry from New Jersey City University, obtained in 2005.
