Rob Swan

Rob Swan has extensive work experience in financial and accounting roles. Rob is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Star Leasing Company, where they oversee the company's accounting, finance, forecasting/projections, tax, treasury, and risk management. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President - Controller at the same company.

Before joining Star Leasing, Rob worked as the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Skilken|Gold Real Estate Development, where they were responsible for the strategic planning and financial operations of the company. Rob also served as the Director of Finance and Controller at Skilken|Gold Real Estate Development, where they performed financial and pro forma analysis of potential commercial real estate projects and advised on financial matters.

Before their roles in real estate development, Rob worked as a Controller/Treasurer at Homewood Corporation and as a Controller at PMD Furniture Direct, Inc. At PMD Furniture, they established corporate policies related to accounting matters and was responsible for financial analysis and budgeting.

Rob started their career as a Senior Accountant at New Product Innovations, where they managed all facets of accounting operations and month-end financial reporting.

Rob also has experience working in the insurance industry, having held the position of Financial Specialist at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.

Early in their career, Rob worked as an Audit Senior Accountant at Hausser + Taylor LLP, a regional accounting and business consulting firm.

Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, accounting operations, budgeting, and risk management.

Rob Swan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Toledo. Rob has additional certifications as a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
