Esther Ng

Esther Ng is the current Chief Content Officer at Star Media Group. Prior to their current position, they served as Production Manager for Disney Networks Singapore from November 2013 to September 2021. In this role, Esther was responsible for managing production operational needs in Singapore as well as in the Asia Pacific & S.E.A. regions. This included budget planning & allocation, cost reporting, and liaising with external vendors and agencies for onsite production and ENG shoots. Esther also worked closely with Sales to meet clients' expectations and requirements, and was responsible for roster planning for the entire Production department.

Prior to their role at Disney, Esther was a Finance Analyst at ESPN STAR Sports from September 1999 to September 2012. In this role, they were responsible for budgeting, reporting, accrual and tracking of Production & Satellite Operations costs.

Esther has over 20 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, and has proven herself to be a valuable asset to any organization. Esther is a highly skilled leader with a track record of success in both financial management and production operations.
