Amon Johnson

Amon Johnson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and investor relations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Star Mountain Capital since September 2023, Amon focuses on providing strategic debt and equity capital to private businesses and liquidity solutions for investors and fund managers. Prior to this role, Amon held the position of Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at Backcast Partners, LLC from February 2020 to September 2023. Amon also served as Managing Director at PineBridge Investments from June 2017 to February 2020, and held similar roles at BlackRock from February 2002 to June 2017. Amon began a career in finance at J.P. Morgan as Vice President from February 1995 to February 2002. Amon is an alumnus of both the NYU Stern School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania.
