Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Star of Hope Mission is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, developing training and development programs, and coordinating workforce initiatives. They ensure that all staff members are supported in their roles and align with the organization's mission of facilitating positive life changes for the homeless through structured, Christ-centered programs.
