Jeremy Truong

Jeremy Truong is an experienced member service representative currently working at Star One Credit Union since August 2022, having previously held the position of Member Service Representative III. Jeremy’s background includes a role as an Agent Success Partner at Better, where responsibilities involved cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience. Prior to this, Jeremy served in various capacities at Star One Credit Union, including processing loan applications and managing new account audits, and began a career in banking as a Teller at Wells Fargo. Jeremy's earlier work experience includes roles in customer service at K1 Speed and Supercuts. Jeremy holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from De Anza College and is currently pursuing further education at California State University - East Bay.
